Service is always fast and efficient. I went in for a oil change and tired rotation. I needed new tires.. They made a special trip in bad weather to Columbia and get my tires. They took me home so I could wait in the comfort of my on home. . Their prices are reasonable. I like how the let you know up front what the coast of the parts will be...I highly recommend this automotive company. .

They did an awesome job!! Got a new torque converter ans shift kit. Drove 1500 miles to the rocky mountains and it ran great, no issues. Its great to have a place to take my vehicle, they are very honest and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service! I came with an idea of my car’s issue, but the team did thorough review before operating to make SURE that that was the issue! I appreciate that thoroughness, as I have dealt with other repair places in Kirksville that did NOT do that and caused me to waste hundreds of dollars on unneeded repairs. C&R went above and beyond to assure that I was getting the repair I needed! The lobby is comfortable and the staff is friendly. I appreciated that they have a loaner car for customer use while their car is being worked out! Highly recommend this place!
