I had to drop my car off with no idea what was wrong with it. When they called me back the next day to tell me what work was needed and how much it would cost I was presently surprised (rate was low and they did not bombard me with additional fees and miscellaneous charges)! My car was ready to be picked up after two days (he said it would have been one but they were short staffed that particular day). Everyone I interacted with was respectful, nice and polite. I have and will continue to recommend this business to everyone who needs work done on their cars! !

I made an appointment for two cars on the same day. They were ready for both, took care of them efficiently and moreover, were knowledgable about the cars I brought in. Friendly staff.
I WOULD NOT. Recommend this guys to no one there rude. And not very take for ever my. My truck has been there for. Over two weeks and they still have yet to figure out whats wrong with it every time im there all i get is excuse or the run around. Or LIED tp by the staff. So there sure not very professional at the kirksville store. I when there yesterday to check on it. And got lied to by RANDY And got talked to like shit bye KELLY. Smarting off about me not having an appointmmkent when i called and told him it was coming i. By tow truck so now two weeks later still waiting. And still no answer so ill not be giving them or sending my family and friends to them for nothing
