I live in another state and Steve was able to answer all of my questions over the phone. I feel that my daughter was given priority service due to nature of urgency in fixing her vehicle. service is always good and timely.

I had a problem shifting the automatic transmission into second and first gear. Randy put it up on the rack and disconnected the linkage and a rock fell out. It was wedged between the transmission housing and linkage. He showed me the rock and explained how it had kept it from shifting properly. I appreciate their honesty. They were very reasonable also. I will be going back again. Thanks

AAA towed my car to C&R. It was a bad starter and C&R replaced it again since they put the part in and it stopped working. They gave me a car to loan while mine was in the shop. They also did not charge me for the new part since the old starter part was under warranty. They worked quickly and had amazing customer service. I trust these mechanics because they do their job well.

C&R has spectacular services! My car had to be towed because of bad starter. They were able to quickly order the part and fix it in less than 2 days. They communicated when the car was ready and allowed me to pick it up upon arrival. Because I am a AAA member, I received a 10% discount on my service bill. Highly recommend C&R. They have excellent customer service and have an efficient operation.

I had C&R vin match a CTM and reprogram my keyless key fob. They got it done quickly and everything is great.
